Is it my computer? No matter what player I use, windows media, real player, quicktime, or direct from the web? - web video surveillance

Is it my computer? No matter which player I, Windows Media, Real Player, Quick Time, or directly from the Web? Video can be heard is slower than normal speed, pause for a second or two to follow, and sometimes the sound is faster than the video to see. What can I do? I have my camera with the supervision of the work and its format is fast, the time and I need to see `s, a value of hours of video at a time when there is a quick way to see videos in real time, faster? Thank you.

Do Media Player Classic, but I've never made it to speed up / slow down the work. VLC (other Freebee) there is no acceleration and braking. Both support the MOV format.
